Gluten-Free Chocolate Zucchini Bread Recipe
Here, we’re presenting you a Chocolate Zucchini Loaf that you can prepare whenever you want to. It’s a great snack! You won’t feel weighed-down like when you eat wheat products, for example. It’s chocolatey great!
What You Need:
- 1 cup of shredded and then squeezed zucchini
- 1 cup of chocolate hazelnut butter blend that won’t be Nutella (make sure it’s non-dairy and low in sugar)
- 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
- 2 large eggs
- A pinch of sea salt
- 2 tablespoons of pure maple syrup
- ½ a teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 tablespoon of pure vanilla
First, you have to heat the oven to 400°F. Then, combine the vanilla, hazelnut butter, maple syrup, sea salt and eggs until you obtain a smooth mixture. After that, add the ACV and baking soda and mix well again. Add the shredded zucchini. Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan that you’ve greased previously. Bake it for 35 to 50 minutes if you’re using a large loaf pan and 24 to 28 minutes if you’re using 2 smaller loaf pans. Insert a toothpick in its middle to check if it’s ready. If it’s clean while you take it out, the loaf is prepared.
