1. Back pain

Put 1 liter of water into a pot and boil it along with 2 tablespoons of rosemary and ¼ of a liter of vinegar. Leave it to rest for 5 minutes. Then apply it on a towel and put this kind of a compress on the painful spot.  

It’s also extremely important to choose a proper mattress which shouldn’t be very soft nor very hard.

Make sure you sleep in your fetal position with a pillow between your knees. The pillow should be under your knees in case you sleep on the back.

2. Headache

First, lie down. Then, use a cold pack and put it on the area with the most pain for 15 minutes.  

Mix 1 tablespoon of honey with the garlic juice of 1 clove. All of the brain’s sensory areas will be activated. The pain will disappear soon.

Use 2 slices of potato to put them on your temples for 30 minutes.

You can also help yourself with some chamomile tea or peppermint tea.

Massage your head using your fingertips and some circular movements.

3. Nasal congestion

Put several eucalyptus leaves in a pot and boil them. Then, put your head over the same bowl and cover it using a towel. Inhale the steam very deeply.

Prepare a mixture of cinnamon, sage and bay leaf. Take some hot water and put this mixture inside. Leave it to rest for 10 minutes. Your stuffy nose as well as the congested sinuses will be eased soon.

Mix 2 tablespoons of honey, a glass of water and 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. Leave it to rest for 3 minutes before you drink it.

Put several glasses of water in a pot. Leave it to boil. When it starts to evaporate, put your head over this pot, cover it using a towel and inhale deeply.

4. Dermatitis

Use 1 liter of water to cover 500 g of oats. Boil the mixture for several minutes and stir constantly. Leave it to cool down. Prepare a compress using it and apply it on the areas with your skin problem.

Mix some yogurt, juice or milk with a little bit of brewer’s yeast powder. Your skin will be cleaned naturally with the help of this mixture.

Take a bowl of water and put a bunch of thyme inside. Boil it. Leave it to cool down. Apply it on your skin. All the irritation and itching will disappear.

Put several drops of tea tree oil onto a sponge. Put it on the areas with dermatitis very gently.

5. Migraine

Put some alcohol on a banana peel. Apply this on your face and leave it to rest for 30 minutes. All of the toxins will be absorbed during this time.

Drinking one cup of strong black coffee without milk or sugar will help you, too.

6. Constipation

Mix some lemon, oatmeal and water to help you relieve constipation.

Mix a tablespoon of each of these ingredients: basil, anise, cinnamon and mint. Boil them for 10 minutes in ½ a liter of water. Take one cup of this on every half an hour.

Mix some lemon juice with 1 teaspoon of baking soda in half a glass of water. Then, drink it very slowly.

8. Cold, cough and flu

Take some orange juice with your breakfast every day. The chances of getting the flu or a cold will be reduced significantly.

Use eucalyptus frequently since it possesses is balsamic, antiseptic and antiviral properties.  

Prepare a syrup made of 7 tablespoons of honey and 2 cups of lemon juice. Cook it down very slowly for 1 and ½ hour. Leave it to cool down. Then, take 2 tablespoons of it on every hour throughout the first day. On the second day on, take 1 spoon on every 3 hours.

When you have a cold or the flu, take at least one cup of warm soup every day. It possesses anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties.

9. Acne

Take a bottle of water and put 10 rose petals inside. Keep it in the fridge for 36 hours. After that, add it a little bit of alcohol and apply it once a day. You should store this kind of prepared rose water in the fridge.  

Take the peel of an orange and put it into a bowl of water. Keep it in the fridge for 24 hours. After the time passes, add 2 teaspoons of plain yogurt and 3 teaspoons of oatmeal. Prepare a paste and use it on your face. Leave it to rest for 5 minutes.

Squeeze 1 lemon into some water. Boil this for 5 minutes. Drink it every day and it will detoxify your skin.

Prepare a mask made of a little bit of cinnamon and honey. Apply it where you have acne and leave it on for 10 minutes.  

Put a little bit of vinegar into a little bit of water. Stir it well and then apply it on your face with cotton balls. All of the dead cells will be gone and the pH-balance of your skin will be restored!

10. Hair loss

Squeeze some garlic or onion juice and apply it on your scalp. Leave it to stay like that for 20 minutes and then rinse it away using some lemon juice. All the smell will be gone instantly.

Mix a little bit of coconut milk with some carrot juice. Apply it on your hair. It will be strong and healthy after a while.  

Vinegar is excellent against hair loss. Just make sure you use rice wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar. Dissolve it with a little bit of water and leave it to stay on your hair for 10 minutes. Then, use plenty of water to rinse it away.  

Extract a little bit of Aloe Vera gel from a leaf directly. Dissolve with some water. Massage your scalp with it. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then, rinse it away.

Boil several beetroots for 10 minutes. Cool the water down. Then, apply it on your scalp and your hair, too for 2 or 3 times a week.

11. High blood pressure

Caress the line positioned between points 1 and 2. Use the tips of your fingers barely. Do this procedure 10 times on one side and then 10 times on the other side.

Massage point 3 using your fingertips for 1 minute on every side. You should feel pain.

12. Kidney and liver problems

If you’re having problems with your kidneys and liver, do the Taoist walking. Chinese medicine can also help a lot.  

Put a soft blanket on the floor. Use your knees to walk at an unhurried pace. Don’t lean on your arms!
