- 2 tablespoons of grated turmeric
- 4 cups of water
- Honey, lemon and ginger to taste
Pour the water to a pot and let it boil, then add the turmeric and simmer the mixture for up to 20 minutes on low heat. Strain it afterwards, add the other ingredients, stir well and enjoy the healthy cup of turmeric tea.
