How to Get Rid of Your Double Chin
Warm up your muscles first by moving your head and chin back and forth. Do this for a few minutes before proceeding with the exercises.
Open your mouth wide, bending your lower lip inwards. Pull your lower jaw forward and close your mouth, just like you’re trying to scoop water. Relax after a couple of minutes by moving your jaw up and down.
Kiss of the Ceiling
The second exercise requires you to look up to the ceiling and simply blow a kiss. Yes, we know that it looks silly, but trust us – it works. Do this for a minute or two then relax your jaw.
Touch the Nose
Open your mouth and stick your tongue out, then try to touch the tip of your nose as hard as you can. Relax for a bit after this exercise.
Rest your elbows on a table and rest your chin on your fists. Now, push the chin against the fists and try to fight the resistance. You can do it! Another relax session follows later.

Move your head to the left and strain your neck muscles as much as you can. Do this for a minute, then repeat on the other side.
