Broccoli Detox Soup
- 1 cup of spinach or kale
- 3 finely diced celery stalks
- 2 peeled and then finely chopped carrots
- ½ a teaspoon of sea salt
- 2 cups of bone or vegetable broth
- The juice of ½ a lemon
- 2.5 cups of broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 1 finely diced onion
- 2 tablespoons of collagen (optional)
The first thing you should do is to heat the coconut oil. Add the onion, broccoli and celery sticks inside. Cook this well for 5 minutes, but make sure you stir it from time to time.
Next, add the broth and leave the whole mixture to boil and then simmer for 5 minutes.
Blend the soup until you get a homogenous mixture.
Carrot Ginger Detox Soup
- 6 cups of bone or vegetable broth
- 3 garlic chopped cloves
- 2 peeled and chopped onions
- 3 tablespoons of grated fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons of ghee or coconut oil
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 2 pounds of chopped carrots
- 2 tablespoons of collagen powder or plain protein (optional)
- Black pepper, sea salt and onion powder to taste
Take a pan and put garlic, carrots, ginger and broth in it. Leave the mixture to boil and then leave it to simmer for a while.
Leave the onions to in a pan. After that, put the ghee inside. The mixture should obtain the consistency of a caramel.
Put the onions and the broth mixture in a blender. Blend everything well until it becomes thick and smooth.
In the end, combine the soup with the coconut milk as well as all the seasonings. Stir it all well.
Red Lentil Detox Soup
- 1 small white chopped onion
- ½ a teaspoon of paprika
- 2 peeled and then chopped large sweet potatoes
- ¼ of a cup of ghee, coconut oil or olive oil
- 1 peeled and chopped apple
- ½ a cup of rinsed red lentils
- 2 peeled and chopped large carrots
- ½ a teaspoon of chili powder
- 1-inch of fresh peeled and minced ginger

- Black pepper and sea salt
- ½ a teaspoon of ground cumin
- Coconut cream (to taste)
You should first warm the oil up on medium temperature. Then, add the apple, sweet potatoes, onion and carrots.
Cook the vegetables with the apples until the onions become crystalized for 10 minutes.
After that, add the cumin, broth, ginger, lentils, chili powder and paprika into the pot. Leave the soup to boil and after that, simmer it for half an hour.
Everything should be combined well. If you need to, you can add a little bit of water inside.
Put the seasonings and in the end, combine the mixture with the coconut cream.
