In case you’re one of the many people who consider their belly shape a problem for them, we’ve got a solution for you. Have you dreamt of having 6 packs abs? It’s only 1 exercise called the plank and you’ve probably heard of it. It’s considered to be among the most effective exercises of all.
This exercise is static. It isn’t like abs workouts or crunches, which doesn’t mean that it’s an easy exercise. The plank exercise includes all muscles in our body, but it mostly emphasizes the upper torso.
There are the corset muscles which are exercised when you put your body in a plank position. It seems easy at first, but this is an exercise that will make you sweat more than even 100 crunches. This is because your muscles are always tense when your body is in a static workout.
Your muscles will be stronger for a short period of time in this way.
Here’s the challenge we’ve prepared for you. It should last for 21 days. You will divide your workouts in 3 3 weeks. Take a look at it!
In the first week, you have to remain in the plank position for 30 seconds. When it becomes easy for you to hold the plank, increase to 60 seconds.
During the second week, you should add plus 30 seconds to the time you used to hold the plank.
During week number 3, you should add another 1 minute!
