Having a flat stomach is something all people desire to have, but we all know that acquiring a six pack can be extremely difficult. Most people will try to do crunches. Still, there are numerous exercises which are underestimated since they have a static nature and are more effective than anything.
Here, we’re going to present you one of those called the plank!
It looks like a very easy exercise, but it’s even more effective than 100 crunches! You actually work out the ‘corset muscles’ and the upper part of your body. As we have already mentioned, the exercise is static, but you will feel tension in those muscles, so they’ll become tight extremely fast!
The exercise we’re about to present you is a workout that lasts 21 days. It is divided in 3 weeks and the exercises are different.
During the 7 days of the first week, you’ll have to try and hold the plank position for 30 seconds. In case you feel it’s becoming easier after a while, you can increase the seconds to 60, but in the last 2 days.
Do the same plank position during the 7 days of the second week, too, but you have to add 30 seconds more.
During the 7 days of week 3, you’ll need to add 1 minute plus to the time of the previous 2 weeks. It should last from 120 to 150 seconds.
