- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 cup oats
- 500 ml. water
- A teaspoon of cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons honey
Add the cinnamon and vanilla in a pot of boiling water, then reduce the heat and add the oats. Boil the mixture again, then leave it to cool down before adding the salt and honey. Mix well, then pour the mixture in a bowl and add the chia seeds. Let them soak for a while, then eat the mixture when they’ve expanded. If you want some flavor, you can add any fruit you want.
