Directions:

After this, soak your feet in this mixture for 15-20 minutes.

When the time passes, use a pumice stone, sponge or a scrub to rub all the dry and hard skin from your feet.

When you finish with this procedure, you can put some moisturizer with glycerin content (preferably). You can also use coconut oil. Put on some socks so that your feet can be moisturized well. You’d better do this before you go to bed, so that you can leave the socks on throughout the night.

You can repeat the procedure 1-2 times a week. When it’s winter, you can reduce to 1-2 times a month.

You can also do a pedicure at home by preparing a paste with a very small amount of water and baking soda. Then, you can scrub your feet with a brush or a sponge.

The treatments you can prepare at home are very fun, but also cheap. If you perform the abovementioned treatments regularly, you’ll have gentle feet very quickly and you’ll be able to walk into your gorgeous sandals whenever you want to!
