Researchers managed to prove that people who had an increased risk of memory loss could have some improvement in their short-term memory by taking only 1 gram of turmeric every day!  

Mark Wahlqvis was one of the main researchers and he claims that turmeric can even affect insulin resistance as well as energy metabolism and in that way improve the cognitive function in people.

The people who received turmeric with white bread had an improved working memory for a duration of 6 hours!
