This Interesting Recipe Of Oregano Tea Will Help You Heal Sinusitis, Infections and Strep Throat


Oregano is usually used in many cuisines, but many parts of the world also use it as tea. It can treat numerous illnesses and diseases. Oregano is full of various compounds like luteolin-7-O-glucoside, quercetin, eriocitrin, luteolin, rosmaric acid, apigenin-7-O-glucoside and apigenin.

Oregano contains phytonutrients. Some of them are rosmarinic acid and thymol that are also amazing antioxidants. They can improve our body and prevent the damage caused by the oxygen. Those are BHA (butylated bydroxyanisole) and BHT (butylated hydroxytoluene).

Oregano Tea Recipe to heal sinusitis, infections & strep throat

  • 2 and ½ of cups water
  • 4 to 6 tablespoons of fresh oregano leaves
  • 1 tablespoon of organic raw honey
  • Tea strainer
Method of preparation:

First, you have to cut the leaves. In this way, they’ll release all the beneficial oil.

The water should be boiled for 10 minutes.

After this, add the oregano leaves inside. Leave them to steep well for 5 minutes.

When this process ends, strain the tea and leave it to cool down a bit. Add the honey.

Drink the tea hotter to use all of its best benefits.
