Oregano Tea Recipe to heal sinusitis, infections & strep throat
- 2 and ½ of cups water
- 4 to 6 tablespoons of fresh oregano leaves
- 1 tablespoon of organic raw honey
- Tea strainer
Method of preparation:
First, you have to cut the leaves. In this way, they’ll release all the beneficial oil.
The water should be boiled for 10 minutes.
After this, add the oregano leaves inside. Leave them to steep well for 5 minutes.
When this process ends, strain the tea and leave it to cool down a bit. Add the honey.
