Ginger and carrot

  • 2 onions (chopped)
  • 6 cups bone or vegetable broth
  • 3 garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 2 lbs. carrots (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons ginger (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons collagen
  • A pinch of salt and black pepper

Pour the broth in a pan and add the ginger, garlic and carrots, then cook the mixture on medium heat until everything’s soft. Cook the coconut oil and onions in another pan, then add this mixture to the broth and add the remaining ingredients. Cook until the ginger is completely soft, then serve and enjoy.

Red lentil soup

  • ½ cup red lentils
  • ¼ cup olive or coconut oil
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • 1-inch piece of ginger
  • 4 ½ cups bone or vegetable broth
  • 1 onion
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 2 carrots (chopped)
  • 1 apple (chopped)
  • ½ teaspoons cumin powder
  • 2 sweet potatoes (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Coconut cream

Pour the coconut oil in a pot, then add the apple, carrots, onion and sweet potatoes. Cook everything on medium heat for 15 minutes before adding the other ingredients except the coconut cream. Cook until everything’s soft, then add the coconut cream and serve.

Broccoli soup

  • 2-3 cups broccoli
  • 3 celery stalks (chopped)
  • ½ a lemon
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 cups bone or vegetable broth
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup spinach (or kale)

Cook the coconut oil, broccoli, onion and celery on medium heat, then pour the broth in after 5 minutes and all the other ingredients as well. When the soup boils, reduce the fire and simmer everything until the mixture gets thicker, then take it off the heat and serve.
