  • Half a lemon
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon of grounded flax seeds
  • 2 apple

In a juicer or blender mix all the mentioned ingredients. Process them until you obtain a smooth and creamy. Drink the tasty beverage immediately.

Note: you can use the peel of the apple only if it is organic, otherwise you have to peel the apple.
