The Set Of Exercises
The set of exercises you can see below should be performed with low intensity during the first week. You should gradually increase the duration and intensity of the exercises every day. For the first week, perform the exercises for 30 seconds with a 15-second break in between – you should do them two times.
During the second week, the exercises should last for 55 seconds with 15-second breaks and 2 repetitions. In the final week, the exercises should last for 80 seconds (10-second break in between) and be repeated 3 times.
